It's a work from home and work anytime kind of job. Ofcourse there are time dependent benifits but there's really no pressure. You can even work other jobs alongside this if you like.

Dislikes

Since it is mainly application of textbook learning into numerical problems, practical experience is low. We can't really grow from here.
