Most awful company ever made us work for two months straight and didn't give us our stipend . Then proceeded to waste our time by blackmailing us saying they wont process our certificate. Then said call naveen sir he will pay. Naveen sir who was a executive at the company didn't even acknowledge our phones. Hopeless company.

Dislikes

They will hire you and make you do their work, and after the end of the internship period, they will not pay any stipend. The work culture is also very poor, the marketing head is also not friendly.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
