The company is not doing well in-terms of cash flow, revenue and sales at speed as expected, the reason is simple, the real talent inside the company is not growing due to unidentified truth from the Xcom in the back-end. The CEO believes in hiring leaders of too many GMs, Heads and Directors who are doing injustice to their roles and leaves in very short term and one stays quiet long term literally for doing nothing from past many years. Those leaders are not holding hands of the CEOs vision and supporting to become the company EBITA profitable towards a IPOs dream. If you're in favours you'll be promoted within 2 years, hikes are 2x based upon the favours under resignation, retention or reduction of head counts for cost savings initiatives on assigning the additional roles and responsibilities as tagline frame. The CEO doesn't have a time to review all of these, so he believes in functional heads feedbacks. The new CFO has joined in a very crucial period with no funding, also unable to raise the funds due revenue and EBITA issues at top and bottom line of the business in retail stores. The new CFO was taken granted by GM's and directors so approvals has become ease for heads since he was held tight for company financials to focus and unable to do detailing with heads, who are fooling them from the truth. The HR functions are controlled by Xcom so they are helpless to take the calls. The finance teams are unless except 1 or 2 people in the team, the HR team is blind folded to terminate few finance employees under POSH on office romance. I have been working from the last 3 years with no promotion, 7% increment every year in the SCM, this is happening due to favours of the director, for him, promotion and hikes are meant only for the procurement and who becomes a thread by raising a noise to the founder. I had work for stability with zero growth and my salary compare to previous payscale vs commited numbers due to previous CFO and director left to start their own ventures. For all who are reading this review I'm decoding it, please don't join SCM, try some other functions like Retail, VAAS, Marketing and CPG teams. Before they are givening best opportunity to all staff but now a days thay are not give any important to employees thay need only sale and when I m working in the company I have doing some of the day from morning 4am to night 12 they are not think that I m leave that company because of area maneger prassuer in that time 3day I m notget any call from hr or any one after 3 day call me and told me to report that store this store all and my 18 days salary and 48days balance leave anything settlement not given me very worst company they thik may be thay can leave in staff salary life long for 100%they will loss that amount 100 time more if like this cheating employees...Read More

Management is horrible. No idea what's actually happening on the ground. Some 3rd class people in middle management, who are fooling their bosses with no real connection on ground. They will say no petty cash. Then you have to invest from you packet, later they will reject or not approve your bills during f&f.
