Internal politics, policy not cleared, working staff is good but internally all are divided in over groups, employees safety nil. Wild space for work

Work burdens is to much, manpower is to short, no one thing the about employees. management shared employees personal data with every one, cesc raj has not such type of policy with working hours, software are not much supportive, data is too much on execls sheet. Cesc raj is to much depend on vendor, many of the vendors are highly corrupt. Management know all the facts but they don't do anything. Employee yearly progress is worst. Personal life worst due to useable policies. Most of the employees are work in under pressure and some of the employees are not only for talk. Management never maintain the hierarchy....Read More
