Good company policies like free lunch and snacks and leave policy is decent. Work culture is Okay but they are working on older tech stacks and desperately trying to move to a better tech stack because lot of employees are leaving the company due to 0 learning.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
