The job is quite interesting and challenging and I had to struggle as there was no formal training or proper knowledge transfer was made. Since I handle single area from A to Z, this made me learn several things from minor activities to report

Centum Electronics Ltd company is a good platform for me, I been worked 2 year 10months, in Finance department .calture, management and leadership so nice... No word to say about centum, and this is my first company I worked with seniors, seniors all are so supportive, helping nature and whenever I needed help in work area they helped me a lot. I wish centum will grow up..

I don't think so, bcz I like to centum whenever I will get chance once in future.

My opinion on this, before thinking about this , what company is giving benifits to the employees,. As employees we should think what we should give for growing company. Once we will think this thn company will grow and once company will grow automatically we will also get benifits. So we should think whether we are productivity to company or not.. Thank you
