Centum Electronics - System Test Engineer - Functional & Regression Testing (5-6 yrs)

What You'll Do :

The candidate will be responsible for verification of On-Prem software solutions, main responsibilities will be to focus on functional and automation testing.

Who You Are :

The candidate will be responsible for verification of medical equipment's, working experience on medical device testing will be an added advantage.

Key duties and responsibilities :

- System/Subsystem/Software Testing : Perform comprehensive testing of systems, subsystems, and software with a focus on the healthcare domain, leveraging over 5 years of experience in the field and Create and maintain test cases and test scripts for functional, regression testing.

- Experience in working with Electronics hardware and understanding on communication protocols.

- Healthcare domain knowledge with the experience of working on medical equipment's testing.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on time.

- Responsible for Defect management which includes raising new defects, defect analysis and follow up to the closure of the defect.

- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective & Understand business goals and specifications thoroughly.

- Good communication and interaction skills & Previous experience from company in MedTech or similar industry.

- Test Case and Script Management : Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts for functional and regression testing, ensuring thorough coverage and reliability of test scenarios.

- Electronics Hardware and Communication Protocols : Work with electronics hardware and possess a strong understanding of communication protocols relevant to medical equipment.

- Medical Equipment Testing : Utilize healthcare domain knowledge to conduct rigorous testing of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that software meets user requirements and is delivered within the stipulated timeline.

- Defect Management : Manage the entire defect lifecycle, including raising new defects, performing defect analysis, and following up to ensure timely closure.

- Agile Methodologies : Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

- Communication Skills : Demonstrate excellent communication and interaction skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
