Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform comprehensive system, subsystem, and software testing, with a focus on functional and regression testing.

- Create and maintain detailed test cases and scripts to ensure thorough coverage and reliability.

- Conduct defect management, including defect raising, analysis, and timely closure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time.

- Work with electronics hardware, demonstrating a strong understanding of communication protocols like SIP, UART, and CAN.

- Utilize healthcare domain knowledge to test medical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhance development processes.

- Support embedded testing with knowledge of controllers and hardware.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 5+ years of experience in system, subsystem, and software testing, preferably in the healthcare domain.

- Hands-on experience in testing medical equipment and embedded systems.

- Strong knowledge of electronics hardware and communication protocols (SIP, UART, CAN).

- Proficiency in manual testing, with additional experience in Python being an advantage.

- Familiarity with defect management tools and agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of embedded testing and controller hardware.

- Experience with MedTech or similar industries.

- Understanding of testing frameworks and automation tools
