Automation Test Lead - Embedded System (4-9 yrs)

Our client is an IT Services company that provides Networking Telecom, Industrial Design, Automotive, FMCG & Retail services in several key areas within the industry. They are looking for an Embedded System Test Automation Lead to join their Bangalore regional team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

We are looking for a dynamic candidate who can :

- Technically lead and groom a team of automation testers.

- Participate in designing frameworks, programming / scripting, work with the test architect on automation framework enhancements, script reviews and take proactive & effective measures to monitor and control the general productivity & direction of the team to deliver with high quality.

- Take ownership and manage technical risks & changes effectively daily.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

The ideal candidate for this role is an Embedded System Test Automation Lead and product expertise in python allied to a good functional and commercial understanding.

Necessary Skills :

- 8+ yrs experience.

- Must have experience in implementing test automation frameworks from scratch for Embedded systems.

- Must have good amount of Programming Skills - Python, Java, C# or C++.

- Must have experience working with SCM technology like Git / SVN.

- Clear and effective communication skills.

- Should be a quick learner who is highly flexible and adaptable to changes.

- CI / CD experience with tools like Jenkins.

Good to have :

- Experience in healthcare domain working with embedded systems.
