Automation Test Specialist - Generative AI (6-9 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Test Automation Specialist with expertise in Gen AI testing to join our dynamic team.

As a key player, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation testing strategies and frameworks, particularly for Gen AI applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our AI-based solutions are robust, scalable, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Automation Design & Implementation :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools and frameworks like Java or Python for various applications, with a strong focus on AI solutions.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand product functionality and ensure test coverage aligns with business goals.

Gen AI Testing :

- Apply testing techniques to Gen AI solutions, ensuring that AI models, algorithms, and data processing meet functional, non-functional, and performance standards.

- Develop and maintain automated tests for Gen AI-powered applications and services, ensuring that data flows, learning models, and outputs are accurate and reliable.

Framework Development :

- Develop and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and tools, promoting best practices in automation testing.

- Continuously improve automation frameworks to enhance test efficiency and coverage for various software releases.

Defect Management & Reporting :

- Identify, track, and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders to evaluate the quality of the AI models and related applications.

Skills & Qualifications :

Core Skills :

- 6-9 years of experience in automation testing (Java or Python).

- Experience in Gen AI testing for AI-driven applications, models, and services.

- Strong experience with automated testing frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar tools.

- Experience with AI model testing methodologies, including data validation, model performance testing, and automated evaluation.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience in Java or Python for automation testing.

- Familiarity with Gen AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning.

- Understanding of DevOps practices and integration of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
