Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Client Partner/Vice President of Customer Analytics, bringing 18 to 22 years of experience in analytics and consulting, with a strong background in P&L management. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, leading advanced analytics initiatives, with the ability to strategize and deliver comprehensive customer analytics engagements across both B2C and B2B sectors. This role requires someone who can bring a blend of deep analytical expertise, consulting experience, and strong business acumen, innovative thinking, thought leadership, and end-to-end solutions to help drive our customer-centric strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Vision:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Customer Analytics function, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Customer Insights & Advanced Analytics:
- Oversee the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI/analytics frameworks to derive actionable insights from customer data.
- Lead the development and execution of advanced customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and CRM, personalization strategies, solutions and software accelerators.
P&L Management:
- Take full ownership of the P&L for the Customer Analytics function, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to optimize profitability and drive business growth.
Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external consulting partners and vendors to enhance analytics capabilities and drive value.
- Bill individual time on client engagements
Data Management & Governance:
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and governance of customer data, promoting best practices in data management.
- Collaborate with Cloud and data, design teams to leverage advanced technologies and tools for enhanced analytics performance.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Develop and implement frameworks and KPIs and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of customer analytics initiatives.
- Continuously assess and refine analytics methodologies to improve performance, ROI, and business impact.
- Be focussed on operationlizing solutions at enterprise level and measure client impact.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer analytics.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the exploration of new methodologies, tools, and approaches.
Key Qualifications:
- 18 to 22 years of experience in Customer Analytics, with a significant portion in a consulting and delivery role.
- Proven experience in delivering and operationalizing analytics solutions across multiple industries, with strong knowledge of both B2C and B2B environments.
- Deep expertise in advanced analytics, data science, and customer insights.
- A track record of bringing new ideas and approaches to customer analytics that have led to measurable business impact.
- Proven experience in P&L management, with a strong track record of driving financial performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in managing P&L.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage CXO client stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Advanced degree in AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
