This is a confused company. Everything here I only dislike. The company is in control and driven by old unsecured management, they are sucking blood of this. This underwent many takeovers . Some old employee told me that during one takeover salary of all the employees was doubled BUT these blood suckers did not show any loyalty tothat company also. For me even the off boarding became like hell. In management work there is nothing called as process. These people are running 15 years behind. 6 people on same designation will not be treated equally they don't care what you do all they care about is no of year on your resume if you are young and have knowledge nobody cares if you are dumb with no knowledge with 12 years of experience you will be hired
