There is nothing to be liked about this company. People plays dirty politics along with high level of nepotism. All the BU heads are really horrible over here.

1. Bad company culture 2. No work life balance 3. 90% employees are on contractual job 4. Appraisal they give like they are giving it from their pockets. 5. BU Heads and DG will give the work only which is suitable to them not what is better for you. They can make anyone dance on their finger tips. If you are not licking their shoes then you will see hell.

I have joined as fresher in this company in 2014.It is governament based company which is dealing with mostly governament projects. for freshers it is a good company to start their career as every one get chnace to work on all stages of the project like UI,backend,database. But they are using Old Technologies like Struts 1.X framework but still you get good knowledge as you get the chance work on different projects like HRMS,CMS,EMPLOYEE AMANAGEMENT SYSTEM,etc. you will get holidays on all the public holidays and also you will have 20 leaves per annum. work hours will 7-8 hrs....Read More

they are very bad at giving anual hikes, as that is govt company ,they take lot of time to give the apprisals, some times it will take 2 yrs.
