your growth , appraisal depend on your relations with your boss, average appraisals more focus on Union worker , union was established 2 years back, policies differ person to person, no innovative idea entertained , no automation feel like working in Gov office , no proper response from other dep.

No work load. Company's owner is humble, carring the employees. For junior level good for 2 years.

Bad situation for work with new ideas. Worst work culture due to some senior people. Inactive hr department. Pressuring the employees to leave the company. No carrier growth for outsider senior people.
