Been here for 2 years and I can say my experience has been really good. The work environment is firstly is very nice with great colleagues and management. We have an open-door policy and I appreciate the trust given to us to manage the projects without constant supervision. it let me work at my own pace without stress

One of the best to work and step ahead in your career! There are diverse clients and great opportunities to take lead on projects.The senior are also approachable and always there to guide. I feel happy to work in such a forward -thinking company.

Pressure to meet deadlines. Mangers are supportive so you have all necessary things to meet deadlines.

Feels like you are working in hell. Your manager will force you to work on multiple projects even he can't handle one project by himself on which he was working more than 3 years. Always avoids you to talk on your concerns by making false excuses. He is so good at credit stellar that you can't even imagine when you are off the lights. Never takes stands of you at anywhere. He feels like he is the king but in reality nobody gives a shit to him. Even his senior don't treats him well some don't even know him. No carrer growth for many deserving persons. Also he is having a great habit of sitting alone and far from his BIG team in the cabin with his beloved colleague where he tells how great leader, developer, manager he is, while having beers in office timings. No dislike at all in this toxic company where companies founder's friend are RULLING the company at every bloddy position they are not taking peoples on merit based. Such a LALA company. No body have any clue on what will happen in the company. They shows themselves as Databricks and Microsoft partner and having great inverstors. But in real they dont even know how to greet the guests, offering them payas kachori and narayanji gajak will not help to raise the funds. I gained a lot of exposure and chances to lead projects independently early in my career. The good thing is that work is always interesting as there are diverse clients and industries to explore

They don't value there employees, applying different policies without even thinking about the consequences,later just remove the policies. Poor management,poor appraisals, no one provide clear answer from management.
