I was a part of mastroke... They will state something else during the joining and will silently change the policy without letting you know about the policy Example we were promised during the hiring about appraisal policy that sounded really good but after 6 month they changed that policy and when inquired about they said it was from the starting. Upon digging deep they reduced the slab of appraisal to mere few thousand to the extent that the non performer and performer didnt had major difference. No job security, no increaments are provided fake promises. Pressurized employees to post banner and good comments from their personal id's. No job security people who have been working since quite long just because they didn't favour the manager for wrong doers were forced to leave or were terminated.

. The team leader herself not sure on her words. Kept on flipping from one to another. . Play with the minds of individuals and its trap to work over there. . The team leader was pathetic not even follows what she says, Misguide and does not stick on her words what she promised. . Even if you perform well no appreciation nothing. .Team mates are the worst companions whose only work is to complain, back bitching of their fellow colleagues. .No job security, No termination process is followed , No Resignation .
