The culture is terrible and pathetic. The time logging is so hard that even if you are not able to finish 9 hours by just one minute they will mark it half day They have their own frameworks written so even work wise you won’t have anything to learn on open source or widely used tech stack The management is not human at all just crazy people are running the company who want to make money at the cost of health and life and emotions of their employees Taking leaves even in case of emergency also is impossible and will be a loss of pay If you are a fresher they will ask you for signing a bond so that you don’t leave them but they can fire you any time They will fire you if there has to be a cost cutting and will ask you to resign else they will not provide relieving and other documents Only join this company if you don’t have any other choice- indeed if there is a job in the farthest corner of this earth or on mars then please go and join that company but don’t join cedcoss...Read More

The toxic work culture, where work is the sole focus and there is no room for enjoyment or laughter, and where HR is praised. Even after leaving the company, it still seems to exert control over you. Reminding you every month about your own salary. The absence of job security

The company expects a huge workload to be completed in very little time. During the training period, weekly tasks are treated as daily tasks. The company has no concept of job security; employees can be let go at any time. Recognition or praise is not part of their vocabulary. HR seems to exist in a world of their own, indifferent to employee concerns. There are no fun activities or a 'Fun Friday' because the company is reluctant to spend money on such initiatives. Regardless of whether you work for a year or ten, the company won't provide any significant salary increment. Only those who constantly flatter the company have a place in it. The company seems to care little about its employees, focusing solely on its own gains. The company hasn't even heard of the term 'work culture.' Seriously there is nothing to like. There is so much pressure to learn and implement that u learn the skills but at what cost. In return u get depressed, anxiety issues, headaches and lot more.

Everyone and Everything is there to dislike. From work culture to management, from toxic HRs to toxic team leads and team managers. U can be fired anytime without salary and notice period. Everyone is actually depressed there and they do that to u too. I will not recommend anyone to join cedcoss technologies. My worst experience ever I hope it would be last.... because I don't think anything could be as bad as this. Daily around 10 working hrs for new joiners. There is no management driven process. Every decision is taken by only so called seniors. If senior likes you, you are safe and if not, they will open the exit door of the company. There is no value of your work. At the time of appraisal they say we can't give you increment this and that. Even many employees got layed off at the time of appraisal. Try not to join this senior's company.
