Poor Salary No appraisal Employee gets fired without any prior information. You will not learn anything new that will help you grow in your career. If management feels, by firing you they will save 500 rs per month you will be fired. No job security. F&F amount won't be given to employees in promised time. You'll learn a lot. Because you'll be given a lot of work. For freshers it's okay. But for experienced I don't think they will want to be a part of this organization because here this is often see something that can be explained like this: "this is how it has been happening forever"

There is no management driven process. Every decision is taken by only so called seniors. If senior likes you, you are safe and if not, they will open the exit door of the company. There is no value of your work. At the time of appraisal they say we can't give you increment this and that. Even many employees got layed off at the time of appraisal. Try not to join this senior's company.
