Overall this organization is very good and the products are really top notch no doubt but you will get a lot of target pressure if you dont fulfill the desired target and the system works for that particular month. Intially there is a very little pressure but after 3 months you will feel the pressure for sure. Those who are actuallywilling to learn something about hardcore selling then this is the best of all Organizations. If you guys are lucky enough working under Mr. Chiranjit Karmakar (R.M.) of Kolkata, then it will be a very good experience, trust me. Proper area allocation is not there so even now and then you will find that in the same account multiple employees are visiting which will eventually complicate the final Order confirmation. No proper management is there.
