There is absolutely nothing beneficial to the growth and career for a fresher, especially for a MBA student. The job profile , the salary structure and the growth is all stagnant. First hand experience and recommendation that it is a waste of time and effort. The manager is rude, abusive and impartial. The job is demotivating.

Dislikes

Everything in it's entirety. Unachievable targets and poor salary structure, internal politics, biased behaviour and no job security.
