Worst place, company owner Aashish Gupta is very corrupt man ,do cheating with employees,all employees cries and leave job

Working time, no proper management, No back up support, If someone im sales it's difficult to work. Many time I received my salary after 3 month like October salary will be credited to your account in January. I didn't get my salary on time ever.

Very good experience to working here. Company culture is too good, & I learnt a lot of civil site working experience from here. In my working period I visit various places & gain too much from there. In this company I worked as a civil site engineer, I Installed precast concrete toilets & Bio- Digesters at many different places in Rajasthan under swachh Bharat mission. Overall experience of working in caya constructs is the best but the one thing I don't like about it that, I was appointed in this company through a contractor named Lakhan Sharma. I was not a permanent employee of this company So When my site work has completed, that contractor Terminated me from this job without any reason & without any prior notice. So only this one is the bad experience that I feel , otherwise overall experience is too good....Read More
