work culture, lack of professionalism , and much more . Its so much unworth it that writing a review of it is a waste of time. The management is super dumb its doesn't have any concern about the employees well-being, their rules their policies their decision are even worse. They make their emloyee work more and pay less.

NetStorm Product was really decent but internal politics and Worst management ruined this company.

Cavisson is full of high level internal politics. It's higher management, managerial level people are only filled with ceo's relatives and their relatives and so on... including HR department. They only get all the good appraisals, WFHs and different facilities as per their choice. They fired half of the company to save themselves after they did a tax scam. Never retained good employees from the start from leaving the company. They don't treat their employees as human beings ,people have to work 11-12 hours per day which feels like Jail. Working is 6 days a week(Mon-Sat), sometimes on Sundays also they will call you for priority issues. No extra pay or compensation for any hardwork. They think that firing employees and make them work 24*7 will make their product stable. Salary breakout is worst, most of the part of your money in CTC will go to different kinds of bonus which you will never receive. Such a scam. Apart from these there is no scope for much learning, For Developers its a nightmare here as the Code infrastructure is still monolithic and full of bugs. Instead of fixing bugs and making their product stable ...they are just patching up and somehow delivering to clients. In QA no automation , not even proper manual testing. There's nothing likeable in this company. Everything here is USELESS just like the company itself. If you're going to join CAVISSON(NOTE - specially for girls). You should be prepare with the mind set that here you'll find the male working employees very SEXIST. They do not recommend female employees in developers team because according to them females can't do coding or anything at all. 1. They are not secular. 2. They don't follow the protocol regarding anything. 3. Office timings are hilarious, straight (10 a.m.-7 p.m.) 9 hours with no out breaks. Stay Inside Office Premises ALL TIME. 4. Saturday is also working here. 5. No WFH policies here. 6. If a person is suffering from medical condition they'll directly deduct from salary. 7. If you're late by 10 seconds the half day will be marked absent and only half-day pay will be provided for same. 8. No Cafeteria. 9. No APPRAISAL at time. 10. There is nothing to like about this company. This company is more toxic than your ex. The people here are very creepy and being a girl this company is a very uncomfortable place to work in.

We have to work on saturdays here the managers and other male employees are so condescending. This company has zero clients and no future. Min salary zero appraisal Basic employee rights are also not followed. HR says inappropriate and mean things gets personal on things. Even VP(neeraj jain) does this. Flexible break hours are also not given Salary does not get credited on time but they count everyday of the month when they have to deduct money. nothing is here to like . company is undergoing through a big loss . In a strength of 450, company is going to lay off around 150 peoples by giving them fake reason of low performance. now they make Saturday working. no perks and benifits, no sick leave , no wfh, total 16 leaves are there which is not sufficient for anyone. making ctc bigger by adding a so called term performance bonous and not giving it to employees. a person with a package of 6.5 lpa got lesser salary than 4.5 lpa 🤣. they didn't have any client as their product is garbage. you shouldn't join this company unless and until u have very high requirements of job . they hire new joiners and didn't confirm them for years and give them salary of an associate engineer, think a software Engineer with salary of 15k....Read More

I would not recommend working for maghiya Company. It is the worst company I have ever worked for. They have no flexibility in their policies and expect you to work on Saturdays without any extra pay. They never give any appraisal or feedback to their employees and treat them like machines. The management is rude and unprofessional and does not care about the well-being of the staff. The work environment is stressful and toxic and there is no scope for growth or learning.
