Monday to Saturday from 9:30 to 6:30 meetings scheduled by management are mostly after 6:00 so you wouldn't be able to leave by 6:30 No casual leave No earned leave They provide nothing Provide min salary 🤏 Not even approve compensatory off if you have to work on Sunday provide 4 slab which will automatically used if you will be late by 1 min.

Work environment is really good like there are many good guys who will help you and guide you. You will learn many things technology wise.

Dislikes

Office politics is really bad. The work environment is not healthy for everyone. There is no work life Balance like if you are going to office then if you leave early Then it is a crime in the eyes of your seniors. You don’t get appraisal, bonuses, and sometimes salary also gets strucked.
