Good work life balance. Not s hectic schedule.

Dislikes

Politics. Disorganized. Lack of Vision. Lack of communication among the higher level officers.

Skill development - Poor
Promotions - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor
Company culture - Bad

Work Details

Work is good except you will have a lot of operational issues probably because of the fact that the people here are very conservative and not open to new ideas at all. Expect interference and lack clarity in whatever you do.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
