There is a lot of work to do which is a really good thing and a person learns a lot if done properly.

The General Counsel of this company is a terrible bi-polar person, he hires and firs people in months, also regrets later sometimes when things get out of his control, also is gets very influenced by people and do not take decision on merit instead on hear say and take actions against other people without asking or listening to the other person. Business rules over HR and there is no authority given to even the VP HR and now the reporting of HR Head has gone to Business Head on papers. The culture is really negative where the business doesn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Also being in HR you are asked to come to office on weekends too roster wise mentioning one HR person should be there on the floor....Read More

You can be fired in 1 day without any proper reason. Through out the year lay offs are taking place. No job satisfaction. Everything is working on exceptions.

Working as cars24 has been quite fulfilling for me.The salary,opportunities for promotion,job satisfaction and work life balance all are excellent here.My experience with the company has great ,and the people here are very supportive helpful by nature.

They make employees work overtime without any extra pay and they don't care about their employees. According to me it's just a profit oriented company and doesn't care about employees. The pay scale is very low. I will never recommend this company to someone for working even though for purchasing as well.

Less micro-management by leaders. Cohesive work environment across teams. Fun at work approach. Since there is less micro-management and more hands-on work, you tend to learn immensely and subsequently gain on the skills.

Dislikes

Company's plan last for 2-3 years and once they change, the people are adversely affected. In short, job security takes a toll here. Founders vision is changing every 2-3 years. This is bad for the company's growth as such.
