Role & responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over calls or virtual platforms to
assist them in selling their cars in a seamless, hassle-free manner.
● Process Guidance: Guide customers through the process of booking car
inspections and conducting virtual tours of their vehicles.
● Customer Service Excellence: Build rapport and provide exceptional service to
sellers throughout the procurement process, ensuring a positive and professional
experience.
● Administrative Support: Use tools like Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Word to
maintain records and ensure all data is accurately updated.
Preferred candidate profile
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills with
the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
● Experience:
○ International customer-handling experience is a plus.
○ Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Word
documents.
● Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in any discipline.
● Car Knowledge: Basic understanding of cars (expert-level knowledge is not
required).
● Internet Requirement: High-speed internet connection for seamless remote work.
