I had joined Carl zeiss as sales executive in the year of 2005.Over a period of time my innovative company trained me in all aspects to get confidence for career growth.To I became regional head of eastern region.In one word I would like to describe zeiss as a innovative and performance oriented organisation.It’s core strength is innovation and perfection towards its customers.

CZ products are excellent and has good brand name. Today there is nothing to significantly good in CZ India.

Now work culture at CZI is very toxic. Most of the employees of CZI are unprofessional, uncultured, uneducated and don't keep there comments. They are destroying the prestigious position of CZI.
