The appraisal is on cycle basis not on ratings. The group mediclaim is 22k per year for 3 lacs of sum insured which has to be debited from your ctc more over it will get increased every year without increasing your salary per year.

There is nothing good over here in the company to be getting liked. Don't join this company, management is full of dictatorship, HR is useless, very toxic and suffocating atmosphere in the company.

Management has done no - poaching agreement with other Health insurance like Niva bhupa, HDFC ERGO, Aditya Birla health etc. No poaching means care employees cannot join or seek job/ position in any other Health insurance companies, employee will get stuck in the company and can't get go anywhere, Management made them slave and torture them. Management are keenly focus on Exploition of employees with full of workload and expectations without any benefit and salary increment, Management think that the company is there family business and drive their personal benefit from it. Don't join this company your life will be Hell, ruined and future perspective will get destroyed. Good company and overall evething is good but some senior level employees misuse her designation and harassment by seniors only own benifits that's is culture

Some seniors are harrasment of lower grade employees only own benifits that's is culture of care health HR service are very very poor.HR only listen just seniors not juniors HR department work in fingure of seniors level employees like BM ,Sr BM,Area Manager, zonal mager HR knows he is wrong but not take action
