The big thing I find out is office politics. No one is there to listen you if you are junior. although people are good but depends upon your team which is changed time to time. in forestry team there is a toxic egoistic female lead i dont disclose her name but you made any mistake in project then she attach whole office in email instead of helping you to make her impression with seniors. From day one my experience was bad with her. but then I came to know every one experience was bad with her. If you are under her she will take all your credit and you have to do her work also. secondly if she made mistake she put it on you. in meeting she time to time give you taunt that you came here only for free tea. Her ego is like if you dont do her work then she will give your bad review. There is no way we can discuss this higher authority because she seem to be best in front of them. but every trainee know her. evry time she make you feel small. I wish if you are coming then be ready for mental stress. because here no one will listen you and if any from management find this then consider it otherwise such mass employees can leave organisation because of your favourites...Read More
