goTeammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Nothing is there in Caratlane as of now, there are lot of politics going on in Caratlane also there is no further learning, you can survive only if you are bootlicker. There was one Manager(Ajay) he who supports North Indian people based on that only you will get the ratings, worst fellow. After the change in management, the company has changed completely. Right now nobody takes suggestion and only criticises lower employees. Lot of attrition is happening and will continue to happen.

This caratlane mostly store is frenchise, so there is very less of chance of growth in the company, there is no any PF facility, no any gratuity facilities no any leaves encashment very low insurance amount provided, and caratlane currently male shirt colour is very disappointing seems a female colour so very dissatisfied for theseall issues.
