There is partiality in Caratlane. So from last 1.5 year I’m giving my best but as an employee and as a growing company there is no improvement in my positions. No initiative is taken by managers and no positive vibes in working environment. Totally unhappy with the company now. All the rules are only for employees not for SMs. We can’t utilise our leave as per our requirement. 1. Work life balance is not created but needs constant declaration 2. Compensation is slightly lower conpated to the market. Hence, puts employees under the shadow of demotivatioj sometimes. 3. The culture is very accepting and everybody's very understanding, even the upper management is very involved and are accessible. There are a lot of innovative things that are always discussed and are encouraged.

Dislikes

Sometimes, certain business priorities are very unclear and change out of nowhere, tech implementation takes a lot of time. It feels like people's time is not valued at all and everything is very manual. Sometimes too much data is being looked at but there is no action towards the same (also because it is manual process all effort fe els like it is wasted). The culture and the general vibe of the people. The freedom to work across departments. Work life balance for me, although I cannot speak of behalf of everyone in respect to this. Approachable nature of the management and openness to listen.

Less clarity on employee benefits, appraisals, TDS filing to help with less deduction in salary and future growth in the company. Not all communication reaches on time. Project pipelines often becomes a roadblock when there is a cross departmental requirement. Need to build more trust within employees with regards to being heard or taking feedback anonymously. Team work is a bit scattered due to which not all members have regular invites or updates on meetings and progress....Read More

Except some senior manager others higher managements are understandable and supportive. They will treat executive nicely and they tried to solve their problems.. ( For example our MD / VP's). I am working in supply chain but the Senior manager here will not treat executive like other departme nt managers</mark>. their thinking is different. As per them executive level people doesn't have the knowledge and they should only ask for doubt not to give suggestions. Except supply chain other departments are really good and supportive.
