I like this job when compared to any other jewellery this compnay is mainly concerned for the on customer satisfaction and also in employee learning. This company is giving more exercise for getting knowledge about the jewellery and so that the person will be able to survive in other brands also and excell in his career

Here the employee who are working are mot ready to learn and a single person is working and we are getting only one day off in a week but in that week off also these people are calling and not leaving me to spend my own time ,this behaviour is not liking by me everyone should take the responsibility and need to growup in their career . I like the Caratlane process which I have never seen before any of the retail industry from past 10years.

So faar I have not seen anything that dissatisfied me i hope company will take care of all the employees! But Caratlane can also provide medical insurance for my family members too inspite of individual am happy to pay the the premium i expect upcoming days Caratlane also take care of our families.

1. After traveling for a year with this company, I have noticed something called partiality that none of the employees can accept. 2. As a permanent employee need to get some Diwali bonus, but in this company there is no Diwali bonus, even though very small companies are providing a bonus for the employee.

First of all they lied to me and took interview made me leave my previous job. And put me in a franchise Store. There is so much incentive pending but I didn't get it. They do lot of partiality for North Indian in their stores. Extremely abusing and threatening atmosphere. Even for North Indian girls.
