Job responsibilities :-
Social Media Management:
● Develop, manage, and optimize social media strategies for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
● Plan and execute social media content calendars to ensure consistency and brand alignment. ● Engage with global audiences by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
● Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
● Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create compelling content (graphics, videos, and posts).
Content Creation & Strategy:
● Develop engaging and relevant content tailored to international markets and audiences.
● Create blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy aligned with brand messaging and audience preferences.
● Work with creative teams to ensure high-quality visuals and videos align with marketing goals.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
● Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices. ● Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry shifts, and competitor strategies.
● Provide insights and recommendations for improving digital marketing efforts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
● 2-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing (preferably in an international business setting).
● Proven experience managing multi-platform digital campaigns.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). ● Creativity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
