First of all they lied to me and took interview made me leave my previous job. And put me in a franchise Store. There is so much incentive pending but I didn't get it. They do lot of partiality for North Indian in their stores. Extremely abusing and threatening atmosphere. Even for North Indian girls.

At least yearly once’s trip, just for refreshments for all the JC. that can be conduct, And uniform need to change , because every 3 months colour fill be fade, ( something different but unique)

If you want to work with a franchises store please don't go there. The company culture is very good apart from franchises. The training culture is very good, And my team is very good.

Dislikes

As per the company what needs to be received same will not happen for franchises store. Basically in terms of incentives. In terms of management, I think needs to improve.
