CaratLane is one of most biased company I've ever seen in entire life. I was selected for internship with job offer but the store manager shamelessly unethically replace me with the SM's sister. I want to how is this even possible? How come a brother and sister work in same floor and management is completely supporting this. I've 6 yrs experience still they replaced me. CaratLane is a shame on tata brand. I raised my voice many times but managed completely ignore it. CaratLane is only working because of tata. Sad thing is Atul sir and Prashant sir completely ignoring this type of culture. CaratLane just destroy my carrier. Now Im in fear management can do anything to hide there sins. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
