This is not like any other retail or Jewellery company, If they feel you are not good at some parameter they will give a individual training to improve until you master that skill I didn't see any PIP cases as if now because they don't want to loose their employees. Open work culture even CEO is available for you if you have any concerns, frequent interaction with top level management and they do what they promises and take instant resolution if we come out with any concerns. in my 8 years of work experience this is the best place i have ever worked....Read More
