There is a lot of politics at the store and management doesn't address after complaints instead manager started taking revenge and keep targetting whoever raise voice against him. Totally swung and always into girls whoever staff keep buttering him and he promotes them for different kind of activities which company provide to the staff. Increases monthly Target of 1-2 people so their monthly performance will look bad. And if you face any problems with your issue they will consider that as unplanned leave.
