I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There is no specific dislike about the bank, but I request that all leaders and seniors management hold town hall meetings every quarter and address all employees.These meetings should update us on the bank upcoming plans and area of improvements and most importantly , gather feedback to the acted upon
