Work Details

Work life at capita is average, no work life balance extended shifts almost everyday, there is no learning from a CRM(client relationship Management) prospective & No grooming from senior leadership.

Compensation and lack of career growth opportunities... There are almost none opportunities and the worst thing is that there is no standards for compensation... You will come to know that your repotee or one Designation less than you earning more salary and management is like we can't help
