Capita does not have job security even though they call it a people company. They ask you to resign because of business redundancy but does not allow you to select that option while submitting resignation. They demanded hard work from us however at the time of exit they did not gave me my variable pay citing various irrelevant reasons. They even put my salary on hold saying that it will be released with the fnf even though i requested them to release my salary due to financial circumstances. Everyone i spoke to just kept telling me about the policy but no one really understood my problem. All of their policies are business favourable. None of the policy is in employee favour even though they call it an employee centric environment. None of my superiors had the courtesy to msg me or wish me luck on my last working day.
