The work environment during wfo was very friendly, alot of positivity while at work place

Dislikes

The work environment during wfh even if unwell you Still have to work. The salary paid was less as compared to the work role

Capita is just a great place to work and it gives opportunities to its working employees to grow through various steps and learn new skills, which also helps people to grow in their personal life. I must say that everything is great in terms of salary, promotions and job security. Also work environment awesome with no work pressure.
