Online Up skilling opportunity is there but also depends upon team to team.
Culture is not good,especially in Kolkata. Work is done in most unprofessional manner. Senior level manager are very rude/ unprofessional/sometimes disgusting to their employees. (Mostly speaks in a rowdy tone both male or female) No job security at all. Company received award every year for diversity, inclusiveness and most ethical company but the reality is totally opposite. Work environment is good, and you need to create your own team to get better results. Employee retention is very difficult. Higher management support is very minimal. Annual increment is in single digit for top contributors and think how it is for average people. Very difficult to survive in the long run as your package will increase 5% PA.
