It's good that my Project and client let me allow to explore multiple technologies and utilise them. There's a freedom to develop something from scratch with my own architectures.

The pay scale for the freshers joined from off campus drives, is not good enough.

There is pressure in my project. Work life balance is not there too much but I'm satisfied with it. There are few of the project the work life balance is maintained. Depends on our project and role.

Its a really good company,yes here it is a secure job, work culture is high level, company policies are as like other MNC companies.

Nothing to say much now as i am a new joiner but dont think any dislikes will be there except the process of getting permissions for verious things, its hectic , but the canteen have to be much better,

It's an awesome place to work. Jobs are secure. Work Culture is one of the best. Management is good but can be better. Company policies are good and satisfactory but can add more benefits.

What I did not like about the Capgemini is the rating process of an employee is not transparent and all your compensation and hikes are based on your rating only.Also I came across few HR managers who only respond on mails that too after a delay, calling them won't work and instead of telling you something which can be easily communicated they will ask you to read Policy.
