Work life balance but depends on the project and management
Dislikes
Extremely management centric company. It's feel like manager is the ultimate and above company policy and HR. Most of the managers are there for more that 15-20 years and siting in there comfort zone and challenging the patience of employees.

The environment is nice and I had a very good team to work with. The appraisals happen on time but there is still some disconnects with respect to hikes and bonuses.
Dislikes
Salary Hike is very poor and needs serious attention from Leadership. If you want just a good work-life balance, go for it or else look for other options for money.

The work was fun actually. i had lot of opportunities to interact with the higher leadership. It was not hectic but challenging to an extent that you will feel like you are doing something bigger than your grade

I come from Patni and IGate culture and it’s been terrible working with capgemni managment. They are partial on the whole they work their ego than for company. Recently they have removed excellent top managment who were their employees for a decade.
