The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

They dont care about Work life balance .. in some projects u will need to work for more than 10 hrs daily.. Sometimes they missed to communicate important notifications with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

Since my day1 is in Wells Fargo client location, I can't give more reviews on Capgemini but can share wells Fargo review if required.

Dislikes

They should provide more briefing on Capgemini company since we are not going to company from Day 1 as we are going to work at client location. They need to brief HR policy and company employee benefits.

Culture of this company promotes upgrading ones self knowledge by taking different courses and assessments

Management is fully corrupt and only favours their close ones for appraisal and hike

It's aa good workplace and I like the project as a fresher I learnt lot of things in the Capgemini which are helpful for me in future

Just one thing as a location which we work but as per the client they ask us to shift it's not company one but it will be good if we get nearest office form our place as a base location

Working in Capgemini was really a good experience. The best part which I liked about Capgemini is I was the architect of my own career. Project Assignment was very quick for me. In my entire close to 4 years tenure in Capgemini I was never on bench. I had an excellent bonding with the client.

Appraisal and benefits Reward were less Even after upgrading my skills, I was never interviewed for any other projects.

Freshers don't get opportunities to get tagged in project. The promotion and appraisal are messed up, I didn't got any appraisal or even promotion working for 2 years. Communication is not straight forward. Working overtime and on weekends has became a norm. There are no incentive for a freshers continuing working in this organization. Removed more than half of fresher employees during the training. And training environment at Airoli is like hell in starting of 2024 almost 3 women freshers suffered from panic attacks and almost 80-90% trainees suffered from anxiety and depression. Most of mentors killing confidence of trainees every day

Work life balance is really good... If you get a chance to work in the development n the implementation projects you'll find really helpful teammates but on the other side in the support project you might face some issues.

Promotions, appraisal are way to far away from CG. Learning new tech and acquiring new skills are not present in the work culture of CG

No appraisal for more than 2 years and addition to that appraisal process is pathetic.
