Work culture is good in my project but getting internal hike like 3-4 yearly is not good. It has worst than TCS atleast TCS having job security but here people getting termination during bench period.

Only Job Security-- if you are placed in a right team, otherwise there is no guarantee. You can change your team and apply for IJP-- to get rid of one toxic team and to be placed to another(at least for 1-2 months you can enjoy)

Once you become a senior consultant, and if your manager is hopeless or does not like you or biased, then even God cannot give you a promotion, or even market correction for your salary. There is no escalation matrix or skip level talk with your higher management. HR only supports management, they will not listen to you. Nowadays HRor anyone does not support you if you need to change the team or apply for a job in other teams if you are on a bench, once you go on the bench, you are out of the company, if you do not have network. The company finds stupidest reason for not giving hike, even they eat out at least half of your annual bonus. No scope for growth, you spend years waiting and hoping that someday you will get a promotion or good hike, unless you are extreme chamcha of your boss, you are dead, even if you have skills or take entire workload of your team. Some teams have extreme toxic colleagues, politics due to internal conflicts is worst than the current political parties in India....Read More
