Lower management and HR team sucks. Once you are recruited, nobody from the HR team will ever, ever, ever will connect with you to know if an employee is doing well or if he is facing any challenges.
Just in case if you are facing any issues with your manager and you inform the HR team, they will not take any action on the ticket or talk to you about it. Instead they would inform the manager and then both will retaliate until you are dead.

Once you are on notice, then the manager and management will completely disown the employee and there would be no cooperation from anybody until the end. They will even not share the FNF process with you properly. The manager would point towards HR team for answers to any queries and the HR will point you back to the manager. I know one of my colleague's whose FNF has not been processed yet even after submitting the company assets in December.
As I said this feedback is based upon my experience with a particular manager and the HR team for a particular site. It's solely your decision to either join this company or not after reading this feedback....Read More
