Work life balance is taken care alongside no extended working hours required.

Dislikes

Have encountered worst experience with a senior person who is more into forming the terrible harassing environment and strangest thing is they do not have cameras on floor to provide support and evidences of our complaints.

No appreciation, no increment, no promotion....only higher management people get salary increments and promotion. For lower level employees they dont have budget... No recognition from team manager...team lead pretend to manager like he only handling team...worst management You can not take leaves on days you want but still on name of work life balance they force you to take random leaves

Capgemini is Good company to work with however GroupIT is worst department. All the egoistical persons are sitting on top position who reached there through promotion only while working serval years in same department hence they don't promotes new and fresh telent. HR is just for name here it's completely dummy department just follow what top management bark. Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

Work life balance. On time salary. Good client but depends on project. Good job security even project is rolled off, they will allocate new project. They will give more interviews while in bench.

Every year project get rolled off. There is no long time project. Worst management even you resigned no one will contact. Buyout option available here, but they will not get, have to stay all 90 days notice period.

For simple things they simply terminate an employee they didn't even give one single chance to prove, they don't care about their employees (who worked hard for the company growth)future simply terminate. And on yip of it there were no hikes.
