I feels enthusiastic whenever I stand as a Cantabil employee. It gives me confidence with its Management and Job security to scratch more to my skills. Work culture is Fantastic they gives free hands to showcase skills and achieve more growth and goals.

The only thing that I don't like is they don't give extra leaves and they cut salary for it. Otherwise everything is good.

Director not eligible for own decisions 8. Director make decision accordingly only 3-4 members working since 20-25 years

I feel new here every day. I come every morning, take targets and achieve my targets. I like it a lot. I want to take my store to a different level and I like to display something new every day. I like visual merchandising a lot. I got a new experience of learning here.

Don't join. If you resign for better opportunity company will not give your working days salary. I am for example. I have worked with cantabil approx 1.6 months and when I resigned for better opportunity and servive my notice period after that company not given me my salary.
