I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company seniors is so rude specially punjab ASM and RSM they are working with there own conditions they dont care about company policies and staff. They are so rude i strongly suggest please dont join CANTABIL at any cost specially in punjab region.

1. No Job Security 2. 9.15 hr Job timing 3. No breaks 4. Bag checking also managers 5. Not going outside the company during job timing if you try to going marked half day 6. Politics next level 7. Director not eligible for own decisions 8. Director make decision accordingly only 3-4 members working since 20-25 years

Don't join. If you resign for better opportunity company will not give your working days salary. I am for example. I have worked with cantabil approx 1.6 months and when I resigned for better opportunity and servive my notice period after that company not given me my salary.
